Chennai is expected to have a week of cloudy weather, with sporadic light rain in the coming days. The maximum temperature is forecasted to rise slightly, ranging from 31°C to 32°C on Monday. The city will experience mostly stable weather, though thunderstorm alerts are expected later in the week.

  • Midweek: Continuous cloud cover with light rainfall expected until Friday. No major warnings issued.

  • Other Districts: Warmer nights reported in Coimbatore, Dharmapuri, Salem, Thirupattur, and Tiruvallur.

  • Daytime Highs: Erode and Madurai airports recorded the highest daytime temperature at 32°C.

  • Lowest Minimum: Karur Paramathi recorded the lowest minimum temperature at 20°C.
